Our Freediving Discovery Program or Wave Discover, is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of freediving. You will learn the essential techniques required to explore the underwater world with confidence and grace.
You will learn how to relax your body and mind, breathe efficiently, and get an introduction to breath-holding and finning. Understand the equalization Valsalva or Frenzel and finally dive in tranquility into the blue.

Becoming a W2I Professional Freediving Instructor is your gateway to the industry. Over 10 days, your Instructor Trainer JL provides comprehensive training. You'll learn to confidently teach theory, dry and water skills, including safety protocols and breath-holding techniques. Gain insights into risk management and basic marketing strategies. The Wave 3 Instructor course represents a significant milestone in your freediving teaching journey. As a Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor, you'll enhance your expertise, empowering you to train Master freedivers and certify them as Lap & Wave 3 and Assistant Instructors. This course also qualifies you for the Wave 4 Competitive Freediving Instructor course and potential candidacy as a Molchanovs Instructor Trainer. Over 3 intensive days with JL your Instructor Trainer, you'll master advanced freediving techniques such as Mouthfill equalization, FRC diving, and mental preparation.
