Wave 1 Beginner
3 Days | ₱13,770 Wave 1 is the beginner open-water certification in the Molchanovs Freediving Education System. At Ocean BX in Mati, Davao Oriental, you will learn the foundations of safe freediving through theory, pool training, open-water practice, equalization, buddy safety, rescue skills, and controlled depth progression.

Wave 2 is the advanced open-water certification in the Molchanovs Freediving Education System. This course is designed for certified freedivers who want to improve technique, Frenzel equalization, freefall, rescue skills, and controlled depth progression. At Ocean BX in Mati, Davao Oriental, we focus on calm progression, clean technique, and safety at every step.

Wave 3 Master
5 Days Recommended schedule: 6 days including 1 rest day Wave 3 is the master-level open-water certification in the Molchanovs Freediving Education System. This course is designed for experienced freedivers who want to develop deeper technique, advanced equalization, stronger safety skills, and better control under pressure. Wave 3 Instructor
Take your teaching to the next level with the Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor course — the gateway to training and certifying advanced freedivers (Lap 3 / Wave 3). Over five immersive days, learn from expert Instructor Trainer JL, a seasoned deep diver and mentor. Master advanced skills like Mouthfill equalization, FRC diving, and mental preparation, and gain the confidence to lead your students safely to new depths. Corssover
During your Molchanovs Crossover, you will become familiar with the Molchanovs Freediving program and its instructional system. You will participate in a series of academic, pool, and open water evaluations to assess your proficiency at your current level according to Molchanovs standards. You will need to meet the skill requirements for your designated Molchanovs level. Coaching options are available upon request.
