Our training program, led by Marie, W2I instructor, and JL, W3IT Instructor Trainer & JWI Junior Instructor, combines stimulating theory sessions, apnea walk, equalization workshops, and fitness to help you achieve your goals. We offer line training, coaching, autonomous if you are already certified.
Our program will help you develop your skills, confidence, and inner peace. Whether you're looking to overcome performance stress or push your limits, our holistic approach supports you every step of the way.
We also have a freediving platform for +50m with O2 for +70m.

Junior Freediving
Ages 12 - 15
Discover / Lap / Wave Courses
Is your teen ready to develop new skills, boost confidence, and connect with the underwater world through freediving?
The Junior Freediving courses for ages 12-15 offer a unique opportunity for your child to challenge themselves both physically and mentally. With a focus on gradual skill-building, each course level introduces new techniques in swimming and diving, ensuring a steady progression. Freediving not only teaches safety and discipline but also fosters a deep love for the ocean, shaping teens into responsible, fit, and ocean-minded young adults.
From LAP 1 to LAP 3, you'll progress through a comprehensive freediving curriculum. In LAP 1, you'll master fundamental skills such as efficient breathing, using fins, mask and snorkel, performing dynamic apnea (DYN) up to 30 meters. You'll also learn the no-fins technique (DNF) and achieve breath-holding times of up to 1'30 seconds, all while emphasizing safety and buddying.
In LAP 2, you'll deepen your knowledge with a focus on DNF and relaxation techniques. By LAP 3, you'll refine your abilities to achieve impressive distances: 75 meters in DYN, 50 meters in DNF, and a Static apnea of 3'30 seconds.

Our Freediving Discovery Program or Wave Discover, is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of freediving. You will learn the essential techniques required to explore the underwater world with confidence and grace.
You will learn how to relax your body and mind, breathe efficiently, and get an introduction to breath-holding and finning. Understand the equalization Valsalva or Frenzel and finally dive in tranquility into the blue.

Our expertise extends to teaching FRC freediving and Mouthfill EQ, unlocking the secrets to profound freediving success. It's not just easier than you think; it's beyond your wildest imagination.
Delve into the art of equalizing below your residual volume, training your body to comfortably explore depths up to 40 meters. Moreover, we introduce you to the skills and requirements essential for acting as an assistant instructor, adding another layer to your freediving expertise.

Becoming a W2I Professional Freediving Instructor is your gateway to the industry. Over 10 days, your Instructor Trainer JL provides comprehensive training. You'll learn to confidently teach theory, dry and water skills, including safety protocols and breath-holding techniques. Gain insights into risk management and basic marketing strategies. It's your chance to transform your passion into a rewarding career. Rigorous assessments ensure certification.

Wave 3 Instructor W3I
3 Days
The Wave 3 Instructor course represents a significant milestone in your freediving teaching journey. As a Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor, you'll enhance your expertise, empowering you to train Master freedivers and certify them as Lap & Wave 3 and Assistant Instructors. This course also qualifies you for the Wave 4 Competitive Freediving Instructor course and potential candidacy as a Molchanovs Instructor Trainer. Over 3 intensive days with JL your Instructor Trainer, you'll master advanced freediving techniques such as Mouthfill equalization, FRC diving, and mental preparation.
