The "Wave 1" course is made for beginners. You will learn how to hold your breath for 1.30 min and dive until 20 m maximum on a single breath in just 3 days !!! The basic elements of freediving are developed here. Our instructors will share their expertise, skills and knowledge to help you to conserve your oxygen, equalize properly, gain more flexibility for depth, and learn how to manage your safety and that of your partners.  In this freediving course over 3 days, you will experience 1 dry practical session, 2 pool sessions and
3 open water sessions at depths of 12 to 20 meters + 1 extra FREE open water session !!

SCHEDULE

3.5 days - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Day 1 morning: Breathing session / Static session

  • Day 1 afternoon: Open water session

  • Day 2 morning: Stretching session / Dynamic session

  • Day 2 afternoon: Open water session

  • Day 3 morning: Stretching session / Open water session 

  • Day 3 afternoon: Theory & Dive skills video review 

  • Day 4 morning: 1 FREE open water session
