During your Molchanovs Crossover, you will become familiar with the Molchanovs Freediving program and its instructional system. You will participate in a series of academic, pool, and open water evaluations to assess your proficiency at your current level according to Molchanovs standards.

You will need to meet the skill requirements for your designated Molchanovs level. Coaching options are available upon request.
